The Telluride Regional Medical Center is seeking to hire a Patient Relations Supervisor

Under the guidance of the Director of Finance/Controller. The Patient Relations Supervisor is responsible for consistently providing the Patient Relations Specialists with training and guidance, in order that they may provide all patients and their families with exemplary patient services. Responsibility also includes scheduling the Patient Relations Specialists so that all shifts are covered for both Primary Care and the Emergency Department. The Patient Relations Supervisor assists in achieving goals relative to Accounts Receivable by way of assuring complete demographic information is captured and co-pays/deductibles are collected at the time of service. This position plays an integral role by serving as a primary customer service representative working cohesively with the TRMC team.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years in Customer Service as a Supervisor/Manager. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical setting preferred.

This position is salary/exempt position. The salary range for this position is $65k-$75k per year.
